Services
As part of the nutritional consultation at the LMU Small Animal Clinic, an individual diet tailored to the patient is developed with the help of the "Diet Check" computer program. Depending on the owner's wishes and the animal's acceptance, the diet is based on:
- Prepared feed
- self-composed rations
- a combination of both
Rations tailored to the needs of puppies or older animals, for example, can also be developed as part of preventive health care. It is also possible to check self-compiled rations with regard to the supply of essential nutrients and, if necessary, to optimize the ration.
Dog and cat patients who refuse a commercial diet can experience a great improvement in their health not only through the necessary medication, but also through individually created rations.
